Consultation
I provide a free 20 minute consultation for all potential new clients to answer questions, provide information and assess for fit.
Rates
50 minute Telehealth, Trail Therapy or Parent Coaching sessions are $135/session
There is no additional fee for an intake session, but expect that our first session will be spent gathering history and developing goals together.
Insurance
I am not currently accepting insurance.
I am able to provide a superbly or receipt with appropriate coding for possible out of network coverage for your insurance/ counting towards your deductible
Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, you may have some coverage.
Call your insurance company to confirm coverage and ensure no surprises. When you call, don't be intimidated and make sure to take a name and number for the representative and write down all answers. Some potential questions to ask may be:
Does my health insurance plan include Out of Network Licensed Clinical Social Workers?
Does my policy cover individual psychotherapy (90834) and/or group psychotherapy (90853)?
What is my deductible? Is it different for Out of Network providers?
How many sessions are covered in a calendar year?
Sliding Scale
Yes! I have a limited number of sliding fee sessions available . If the cost of therapy is holding you back, please reach out to me so that we can discuss your options.
Cancellation Policy
I require 24 hours notice or you will be charged in full. Multiple cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or multiple no shows may result in termination of services.
Payment
I accept check, cash, and most major credit cards. I accept HSA cards
