Trail Therapy is a mindfulness based approach to the typical outpatient session. We meet at trails or dog parks in the Colorado front range and amplify the therapeutic experience by adding the benefits of movement and nature at the same time.

Most Coloradans know the amazing power of moving your body outside. With trail therapy you get to experience that power with the support and guidance of a licensed therapist focused on YOU.
